Yo, what up, what up, what up? This certified legend main event. This is the Ally U Sports Show, not your ordinary Ally U. You know what it is. Your boy Rockstar Q, man, and we we back, Pops. NBA finals, man. Spurs versus the Knicks. It's like the good old days. Talk to me, yo. The first time. This is the first time that the Knicks have been to the pla to the finals since 1999 when Ron Harper was there. 1999. Wow. I must say this. I've been watching the East, the West Finals. Now we're about to get into the finals and the energy. Before you can even ask me, I gotta go with the Knicks. I'm gonna tell you why. The energy, New York energy is crazy. It's like this is this is the pile on the biggest stage. This is the final, you're the final contestant. You've been winning all year long. Can't nobody beat you. That type energy. That 155th eighth AV energy, that Willie Burger energy, that D Ferg energy, right? That ASAP Ferg energy. That's the energy I see in New York. It's gonna be crazy. So I feel like the rucker right now. I feel like the rucker, that energy, man. Just let me know that not only is street ball back, but basketball is back, man. Look at all the things happening, man. Shout out to Spike Lee. I know he's excited. Yeah, nah, they turned out there. Listen, Spike said it. He said, listen, don't let the Knicks win a championship in New York. Like, don't let the game for the trophy be in New York. Cause he said they might burn the whole city down. Oh man, hopefully in a good way. Like, do it legally. Do it legally. If you burn anything down, do it legally. But nah, it's gonna be crazy. But nah, we got now we got to get back in the talk. So the MVP, Shea Gilgis, back-to-back MVP unanimously. You know what I mean? Shout out to him. Um, but he gets a lot of criticism because he people say he flops too much. People say he flops too much. Now you were able to watch him throughout the whole playoffs. And when you when you when you were uh watching him, right, you did you see any flopping? Or did you see just I'm getting to a point to where I'm getting to a bucket, but it's like yo, I'ma I'm gonna use my body to uh yeah. What you think? I don't know. I think his flopping, if I'm not even gonna call it flopping. I think watching him play his game, he reminds me of like how A Yo go at the basket. He could come dribbling right at you and A Yo might just cross over, like right then, like Ali Moe as well, did this what I'm talking about. So I think he him, his energy going towards the basket is is part of his game or strength of his game. Yeah. So I mean, you know, was Alan Iverson flopping? Yo, listen, you he going, he going and he go, he getting up in there, you know. So I don't think it's flopping. You know, I think they was probably a player short, a player short from maybe winning that that series. Yeah, they were. A lot of their players. He ran play against us a little bit. So if he got a, you know what I'm saying? You know what? I'm gonna get this is this is gonna be safe flopping. All right? This is this is safe flopping. You ever be a passenger in the car, and the driver might be like, yo, I think we need some gas. You do know that if someone needs gas, the passengers see it different than the driver. You feel me? I know it's just crazy. But yo, so that's how I'm gonna give Shay Gilges his, like, he don't know flop, but he like just he that right there when you like, yo, bruh, from over here, it look like you need gas. But the driver might be like, nah, we good, we good. You know what I mean? So we're gonna just use that that comparison, man. But he's tough. And like I say, they was about a play away from winning that series. Playing against, man, probably one of the best big men I ever seen in my life. I ain't even gonna lie to you. I ain't gonna lie, I never seen. He just a kid, man. Yeah, yeah. He's just a kid. He's having fun. Look, they said, I like that whole team. Jersey, yeah. Big Dale. Dale, hey man, you know the vibes, bro. Ruck is alum. Yeah, I mean, you know the vibes, bro. We we we don't gotta talk about that. But congratulations to y'all too, as well, man. The Spurs, the Knicks, yeah. Wimby though, listen, man, seven foot five can do it all. Shoot the three, dribble, pass, dunk, block, guard, one through five. You ain't never see that before, Pops. You ain't never there's nobody on paper on mankind you could put in a piece of paper that that can, I mean, only person that's probably next up is his brother. We got a brother. When we got a brother, word, yo. This is crazy. You know, he got a brother, yo, Oscar Wimbenyama. That's crazy. Now, you know how, like, you know me. I was more with sports. I almost want to see a good game, regardless of who wins. But this right here, I've been watching these games. This this I think this might be the most I watched basketball in particular in a long time. For those that don't know, I know about all different sports. I almost always gonna say this. You know, I just want to see a good game. I never wore nobody's jersey. I think today, today, today might be my first time ever in history wearing somebody else's jersey. This right here, number 11, is one of the greatest dunkers in the world, so I proudly wear this jersey right here. Air up there. Shout out, air up there. Shout out to Air Rup there. Mr. 720, if you don't know him. But back to what I was saying. Me watching so much basketball, I seen that, you know, that song, him all along. I think Gunner, whoever. You might even hear Pounds from Eastwick. He might say something slick about what I'm getting ready to say. Like, you gotta show improve right here. You feel me? This is, I see the guards getting at it, Jalen Brunson. Um, you got the other, you know, like I see them getting at it. So now this is where we call it Rucker Park. Mano emano. This is where you put up. This is where it goes down. This is where we see who wanted the most. I think the Knicks is gonna have to. If I was still in the game, I'd tell a coach, listen, man. What are you telling the coach? How you gonna defend Wimby? Now listen, hold on, hold on, whoa. Don't worry about defending, we'll get to that. I'm just telling you me. I'm telling you what I would do. I would attack the basket, so many different variations to where he's gonna foul me at least once out of five times. I don't care about him blocking my shots. You gotta, you have to bring that game, you gotta bring the game to him. What I was watching was was guys come down. I get it, they they shoot threes now. But I seen guys come down literally, and if he's in the paint, yo, it's like a roadblock. You know what I'm saying? It's to drive sober, buckle up, ball that type. Like it was a roadblock. I mean, they didn't mean, listen, there's headlights, don't go down there now. When the beat's there, like they would just nah because the situation. What you going through? He's seven, he's seven five. And he's not a normal seven five Pops. You gotta think about this, Pops. This guy had 12 blocks in one game before, bruh. Like that is at one point, you can't, that's not no, that's not normal. So it's like you go to the basket, you try to shoot a floater, you're gonna shoot it too. You gotta shoot it to the moon. You try to go shoot a floater. You try to go into his chest. You're talking about somebody that could block your shot without jumping. Listen, listen, listen to me. I'm gonna tell you a story to tell you how real this is. Come on, yo. Yo, God rest my brother, yo, Conrad McCray, McNasty. There was a bounty on his head. We was playing at Rucker Park at Riverside, never forget this. It was crazy. Peter Shue was the coach. All y'all who don't know who Peter Shoe is, do your homework on Peter Shoe. Legendary game. Y'all seen it on the Air One mixtapes. And Peter Shue said, listen, whoever don't go on Conrad, he's gonna give you X amount of dollars. So me and Half Man, Half Amazing was like, yo, son. You know, you know the first play I did. Conrad, for those that don't know, Conrad McNasty. He used to punch the ball out of Rucker Park down the block to seventh half. The first play I went in, no, no, no to play. I tried the 360 on him. Then I tried the windmiller, he blocked him. Then I tried to do something else went baseline. So I'm just not going up there with the regular joint. So I'm gonna just, I'm gonna get up in his skin, yo. You know what I'm saying? No idiot, none of that. I'm gonna get up under his skin, right? Half man wind up catching him baseline. Boom! So anything is possible. The whole thing about it is this guys don't get him in trouble, in foul trouble. He's a great player. Don't get me wrong, it's no hard. I know it's probably easier said to do. It's hard to. It's gotta think about it. He don't defend. I like for instance, shout out uh Captain Nasty. I mean, he's cool. He's he's a I know he was nice. McNasty. McNasty. Comrade K. I'm sorry about that. He was nice. Now be careful with the great thing. Now look though. He couldn't defend all five and do what Wimby could do. Who? Conrad McCrae. Listen, man, hold up. This thing is we going to listen, we I'm saying think about that. So he was blocking your dunks like that. Conrad was not, no, forget me. Listen, this right here is a good lesson, not for my son Rockstar one, but this is a good lesson for y'all too. Go find out who God rests the bread. Listen, Conrad McCrae McNasty. Blocking shots. No, no, let's get that statement. So my point is comparing, I was gonna I was just telling him, I'm saying Wimby even higher though. I get it. Listen. Nick's listen to me. Give me all the inside trade, whatever y'all want to call it, to where it's legal. Y'all gotta bring the ball to them. Y'all gotta go at him, go at him, go at him, go at him. If you're scared, tell a coach you're scared and become a role player. This is serious right now. This is big business right now. Nah, nigga. I feel like from flex right now. We gotta drop a bomb. New York City. Y'all always wanna stay New York, New Jersey. This is the best time I'm gonna go with it. You got the Knicks, you got the Nets, you got the Giants, and you got the Jets. Listen, New York Knicks, today y'all gonna be called New Jersey Knicks and New York Knicks because the energy is coming all the way across the water. It is. It's gonna be, as they say, uh a dapper dandy. Yo, I need the Brunson burner to turn up. That's what they do. Listen, they need the listen, the game one, still in the OKC. Now I set the tempo. The best team set the tempo in game one. I mean, still in the uh San Antonio all the time. I said OKC and uh San Antonio, you feel me? And one thing about them, they got experience. Now, let me ask you this. Go ahead. With the Spurs being so young, they got a young coach, they got a young core, is with them being in the I see them as a team now. They look mature, they they act mature, they you know what I mean? They do mature things because they got a mature leader at a young age. But do you think that that is gonna affect them when they their young their youthfulness, you think that's that's gonna affect them in the finals? I I'm gonna say this. Um guys play together. Both teams, both teams, both teams been playing well together. Like they've been they've been they've been showing what basketball is, right? Yeah. On a history level, people gotta understand. Just playing in a garden and winning in the gardening is a win itself, right? But now we there for the finals, it's one of those situations like, yo, may the best team win. Because if the wick, if if the Knicks win or lose, right? It's they won the tip already because everybody wants to win in that garden. Yeah. Like, you know, like when we put up them buckets in the garden with the N1 and all that, yo, listen, like just playing in that garden. When we played at the Chicago arena, when we played at the Staples Center place, like it's just, it's a win to get in that garden. So they made it that far to where you could go and play in the garden. I think, I think LeBron is showing age ain't nothing but a number. So I'm gonna just take that out. The young legs, as far as the youthfulness, but you got some experience over there. And for me personally, I like to see players that just poise where you like, yo, he or she rocking out. And Brunson won the players, Kyrie no players, say one of the players, Kobe, LeBron, yo, they those players. So I get a chance for me to see, like, yeah, he official. Okay, okay. This game right here, a lot of players. I'm like, all right, okay. Say ran out of gas a little bit, but he official. He's MVP. But now with this group that's going up right now, the East and the West, you already know how it goes East to West, Compton Ballers. You know what that's all about. But this is gonna be a goodie right here. This is gonna be your POD. You better buckle up PLD, yo. This is gonna be one of this is gonna be one of the best finals, I think. I think because they also bring in the stalia back, they bring in the trophy. They remember how I so remember back in the day they used to paint the trophy on the court during the game. Oh, yeah. They're bringing it back now. They're putting the trophy underneath the logo on the court. Oh, they stopped it. Yeah, they stopped doing it for the past, what, five, six years, maybe? So now they're bringing it back. That's right there, it's gonna bring back. That was remember those times, right? Kobe, Kobe cut clutch shots. My Celtics when we won, when we won in 2008, you know what I mean? It was a lot of it's a lot that's going on there. I like that though. But now we're gonna move into the new, the new, the new version. How do you feel about the um the demo, yo? The demo of the early release, I'll say, of the NBA run, yo. It felt like volume two street ball when I was playing it. That's what it felt like. Oh, yeah. It's a little like, you know, Nooks and Crannies, they could, they could, you know, uh add on to it. I know there's just the beta version, but yes, this definitely and we're able to see like a lot of behind the scenes stuff, you know. I mean, shout out to the hip hop game ass salute, bro. Hot 9-7, all that. But yeah, that game is gonna be dope. Like I say, look at look at look at all of the pieces getting fit back into the puzzle, and all of this is surrounded about something that have saved my life. No, it saves your life and many others, is basketball. Yeah, you gotta have the video game. That's part of that's part of the culture to have that game. You know what I mean? It would be crazy. Now I don't know, but it would be crazy if they had it set up like how if they had like a little, like they got Rucker Park on it. You know what I mean? They got the uh the China, I forgot what it's what that court was called out there. Uh I didn't see the other court, but I know, but they one thing that's dope about it is they give you different options. Like for each game is different. Like each game is not the same. Like, if you go to Rucker Park, they make you play, I think it's the regular rules, one all ones to like 21 or something like that. Then they got one where it's the old school rules. Yeah, so that's uh all ones to 11, uh twos and threes to 20, 20 something. Like, that's dope because that's that's how we grew up playing. And then it gotta, we have to make sure that we emulate those things back on the court, right? The 1v1s is cool, the two v twos is cool. We're talking about basketball now. 2v2s is cool, three on three, but we also still gotta remember five on five basketball. And I think that's what we're about to see with these finals, man. The finals are gonna go crazy, but what what else is going on? Because my phone's going crazy. I know yours going. Everybody keeps hit me with like news and they tell me, like, it's a lot going on right now. It's crazy because, right? We didn't talk about this recently. We talked about this, like, I think it was probably one of the first episodes of Valley, right? But we ain't never bringing this back up again. Um, how do you feel about these NBA players and college players now getting caught gambling on each other? Getting caught gambling on their team. Like, it's a one, it was one cat. Uh, he was in college. He played, they had physical film of him catching a pass, 40-yard bomb, catching it, running, running, running, then running out of bounds. Like he had like he had a straight shot to a touchdown, he ran out of bounds. He did it like three or four times, right? Come to find out when the season ended, they did an investigation, and he was gambling on his team. He was gambling on what he on what his yards would be and little stuff like that. Then another kid came out, they was gambling on his squad. Like, it's like, and then like I said, then the NBA players got caught with the gambling situation. And one of the dudes, Michael Porter, Michael Porter Jr., his brother got caught in one of the situations, but he was saying how easy it is to just like tell your fam, like, yo, say if you your close friend, say you give them, you got all these millions, you give them $10,000 and you tell them, yo, I'm about to go get 10 points, I'll just put $10,000. He says easy for them to just say that. But I don't know. I don't think it's right though. I think um, I think one of the the the one of the questions is gonna be, why? Right? Why? These guys get paid a lot of money. Do everybody get paid a lot of money? I'm not sure. Definitely not counting nobody's pockets, but are these guys, these are, I don't know if these guys are super wealthy. Why are they doing it? Temptation, you know, it's still levels of temptation. Just because we may see professional athletes or entertainers, they still go through your everyday things. So I guess like like you said, we might be in the room, somebody may say, yo, bro, listen, da-da-da-da. Because you at that level, your access to different doors, right? Yeah. So just it could be just general conversation, yo, bro, listen, yo, y'all playing against such and such a um, yo, I'm gonna put this mill on, score 10 points, because the way it is now, and it is like that. See, gambling, gambling was kind of like underground. Yeah. Back in the day. If they was doing that, I think with social media, we see a lot of things, you know. We didn't have gambling, but we have boosters, what they called them back in the day. And you could get in trouble for having some kind of some sort of booster. But when you talk about gambling, that's like bid rigging, that's like, you know, um, but I think the the overall question is why? I know the key thing is is is money. How do you how do you regulate that? I'm saying though, what do you do? Like, all right, so for instance, right, say if say if say if Contrell goes to the league, right? Say Contrell went to the league and he playing in the league, like we, he just say he give us, you know what I mean? Everybody get their little piece. Say I just take my piece and just go, like, yo, I'm about to go put $5,000 on my brother to do this. Even if I hit, I think that they would think that he, you know what I mean? Yeah, you have something to do with it. Even if I didn't even tell them. We we I wouldn't even allow it. I wouldn't even allow you to bet on him. No, I wouldn't do it either, but I'm just saying, as if that's what his brother, his brother was betting on himself to not do the things though. That's one of them situations where it's like this, man. It's the regardless of how good it may sound, that's one of those situations situations is where is the do the reward. Yeah. Do whatever you gotta go through to do that. Do the reward. Is it worth it? Is the reward worth it? I don't think so. I don't know. So we're gonna move on. So look, we're gonna we're gonna step into the entertainment side right now, right? So how you feel about Jay-Z? I mean, listen. My boy came back with a little, you know what I mean? He was dissing everybody. He was he just took it took him one time. That's it. No song, no nothing. You know, there's a saying, uh, where they say, don't poke the bear. And I think for the culture is a good thing, but look at how many people, I guess allegedly, I haven't heard of my own, you know, I've seen different, different things, people talking about different things, throwing name, throwing, you know, Jay name and different things indirectly, directly. But the thing about being uh that that bear or being that goat, you only got to speak one time. True. So look how long we waited, you know, for Jay to come and respond. And he waited under his terms. He came out with the the natural look, with the fro, you know, and he had all black. And if you've been following Jay-Z, like my big bro Muta, you've been following a Jay-Z fan, his aura, his style is gonna let you know what he's about to bring to the table. So when he had that all black on, I already knew Jay, Jay, Jay, Jay's with it. You know what I'm saying? Jay's with his to what I mean. Jay about to, whatever he about to do, he got everybody attention. It's starting to make sense now, because Braun ain't mess with Drake. And then that's when they started beefing or whatever. And now, and now I get it now, because he close with Braun, mess with Jay. That's his man's. So he came out dissing Drake, you know what I mean? So it was like, he and Roger Braun ain't have to say nothing. Yeah, yeah. He just let the, you know what I mean? Let whole dude, yeah. I'm gonna just take care of this. I got you. Like, no, I'm gonna tell you, now, if we wasn't like, I guess we in the fall under the category like journalists. If we wasn't like on this journal, I mean, whatever we want to call it, we do what we do, right? But I would uh I would have I would give a different answer. And my answer would be more like at some point, all of those guys was a part, not saying a group, but they was in business together or whatever. So it's like the bros gonna have issues. You won't always agree, right? So I would be like, I would just step back, like, all right, cool, let them hash that out. But now with you know, social media is involved, and once things go public, it's public, and anyone can have their own opinion on it. So, my opinion from the one side is brothers gonna have go through whatever they go through. And then the other side is gonna be like, well, you know, um Jay, Jay is Jay. Jay, Jay told you from his first album what he was gonna do. He's a blueprint. Look, look, look, look at the name of his album. So now, like I said, y'all didn't woke up the bear, y'all poked at the bear, the bear came out. I'm gonna ask you this. Doctor. How you feel about? I noticed he bought some of state property out. Um, Oshino, I think he he felt some way, and I don't know if Neef and him, do you think Jay did that intentionally, or you do, or you think it was just, you know, maybe it didn't just work out or he just not messed with him? Because you never know what goes behind the case. To be honest, to be honest, to be honest, yeah. State property, you gotta remember, you gotta remember though. Like, when people do things like people like, especially in in Jay, Jay's nature, like his stature, like where he's at, everything they do is a is an angle. I don't, at least I'm not gonna sit here and say he just Don't do something like he don't just you don't just come out of nowhere out of the blue bro and just do it and do root root the root's picnic, you know what I mean? Like you he popped out and did it, you know what I mean? Did it and did it in his way. He ain't do no songs. He did he did a few of his songs and stuff like that, but he really was there to message. He was delivering a message. You feel me? He's like, I'm gonna pop out, do this real quick, boom, boom. But then you got to think about when he brought out state property, that probably was a message to whoever, you know, I mean, whoever wasn't there. I tell you what, well, whoever, however, went down, I let's keep it, it's good for the culture. Um whoever was there wasn't was not there, whatever was there, they got the message. The message is viral. And Jay's already, you know, he's talking about Jay. Jay's already a viral guy, you know what I mean? So I I I love when someone could do it on their own terms. All right, we're gonna get back to the so entertainment. That's that's come on, that's what we do. We do that as well. Yeah, but we were talking about entertainment. I gotta talk about D. We want to talk about the dude, uh Dean, Dean and him, Dean and A B. I like it. I I like it, you know. Wait, but uh, I mean, I I told you we're gonna keep praying for A B. We're gonna pray for A B listen this B is all right. This is a statement for you, my boy. Listen, you older than me, so I'm not gonna, I'm not trying to say and lex you. Dean is a great person, bro. He he came to get you when you in your darkest times. And that's sometimes that's something that God blessed you to have him do, right? But right now, all that drinking, bro, and and wilding out, you got, member, you got 10 kids, like you said. So yeah, your kids are gonna see all of this when they get older and see how you talk to women, see how you act. Even though it may be a facade, at the end of the day, you got people looking up to you. Now you're getting back to your old ways. Like you said, you're gonna get in the gym Monday. It's Monday. We won't see you in the gym, my boy. And we wanna see you getting right. Everybody wants to see the old A B. It looked like the old A B back, personality-wise, but everybody wants to see the old A B. Everybody wants to see that the new version of A B, not the not the one that's drinking, throwing up while he's drinking, like, bro, that that look a little, you look crazy, bro. But I respect the fact that somebody came to get you when you was in your darkest time because y'all really need each other. Y'all funny, bro. Y'all know you know I mess with y'all, bro. You know what I mean? But I be showing my pops all the time, but and he and he knows, like, this ain't no bandwagon. Yo, listen, we went rocking with A B since he first came out and all any, you know what I mean? With the brother. We've been rocking with A B, but we didn't have no access to send A B no message to tell him that we support you, you know what I'm saying? Up, down, indifferent. And and when you say that, Dean, Dean came there for him, you're right. God working mysterious ways, but I think he blessed them to be in each other life. Yeah, you gotta watch out for those the ones that's around. You know, the ones around you gotta watch out for, keep your head on the swivel. I think the last video that I seen with A B, he was saying that he was going to chill with the drinking, get back in the gym Monday. I think today. Yeah, he said today. So, yo, salute with that. It ain't gonna be easy. You said it yourself, brother, but you got support. We support you over here at the Alley Yuke show, man. It's just a mental thing. It's just a mental thing. Like I like, but we all been through it, man. I promise you. You you been at the highest of the highs, my pops been at the highest of the highs of y'all of y'all sports. Yeah, I mean, at the end of the day, we all go through the same thing mentally, though. It's nothing that no matter how much money we got, no matter what we're doing, the mental is is what's what's gonna strike you. The mental is what's gonna stop you from that extra growth. So you gotta just stay, stay, stick, stay the course, man. Trust the process, and I know it's gonna happen, man. We praying for you, we got you, bro. We what we're gonna continue watching, doing what y'all do, man. Well, yeah, so we're gonna just we got one more question for you though, right? So we're gonna I want to get back to the sports though. Because I forgot to ask you this question. Let's talk to me. I'm here, man. Do you think that the NBA is soft now compared to the 90s? Or do you think that the game is just different? All right, so I'm like, you know, I gotta give you two, two, two. I always got two answers, you know. I mean, let main event answer that. Let me see. I think the NBA uh Main event, main event would say, yeah, it's soft. You know, they these guys just shooting threes, and ain't no contact, is all, you know, ain't nobody going through no hard picks, you know, ain't no picking rows, it ain't nobody battling down low, but Wiley Dixon is gonna say, I think the overall NBA is actually protecting their investments. You know, the the style of play that we used to seeing, can these guys play an 82-2 game? These guys got hundred million dollar contracts. There's a lot of money on the line, so you gotta protect that investment. How do you protect that investment? I never thought I'd see the day where they even got like special timeouts you could call and the referee could go look at the camera and and and oh nah, that was this and that. You know, you play, bro. Like you gotta mix it up. We used to saying that, but once again, I just think that I'm not gonna say it's good or bad. I think the NBA is um protecting their investments and the players. I think they would really want to go out there and rock out. Think about if LeBron is still playing how he played. Nah, you gotta slow up a little bit. You gotta start shooting at Jimmy. You know, I think their bodies can't really go through 82 games of what we at home really want to see. You know what I mean? So like a lot of people, like from what I'm looking at, I can't say that it's soft. It's just more so it's it's evolved. Like, like for instance, right? I was watching a video yesterday. This is funny, right? I was watching the video yesterday of the NBA in the 1950s. Right? So a lot of ball moving though. A lot of ball moving, yo, it was nothing fancy, game right too. It was like it was nothing fancy, like it was just literally two dribble pass, two dribble, and they dribbling like this. They not doing the whole none of that. It's just huh, and the crossover wasn't like this. The crossover was huh, huh huh. Right? So I'm looking. It's no way that like from from that all the way to now, yo, it's like the the game is always gonna change. Like, for instance, when I was coming up, you had the Shaq's, the KGs, you had the uh the Alonzo Mornings, those are all dudes that grab balls, you had the Tim Duncan's, fundamentally sound. All of these bigs was fundamentally sound, played around the basket, you could set a screen, you had to play through them to win. Then once they let once all of those guys got out the NBA, that's when it turned into the big got a shoot. That's when the cats and everybody, the yoke, and everybody started popping up, right? But the thing is, KG and them, they used to shoot threes, but they didn't shoot threes. Like it was just it was just if you open, if you open swung around, KG might hit that. One thing I loved about KG, he ain't never shoot no three when he wasn't out of rhythm. He shot that joint after he got a little huh, mid-range and mid-range, then the three. Now he got a three. Then the three come out. Now it's just like, ah, he's hot right now. He on a burner. But now you could do another one. So yeah, it was all within the rhythm. But you got it, you got dudes like Jokic. He averaged a triple double. He does what point guards do. You know what I mean? Wimby shooting threes from 38 feet, cat, you know what I mean? I know the game has I know the game evolved. It's evolving crazy. Like you said, the first time I showed him, yo, check this out. The first time I showed him a Euro step, he called it a travel. Yeah, we it was that was the 90s. That's a wall. Yo, check up my ball. However, however y'all said my ball. Ours was check up my ball. You know what I mean? Because it's like, it's like you said, the game is different. I mean, it's something this will have to be a whole nother topic on this, because I got my own perception on this. Um, with the European players, is it's just different. So let's have it to where, because if they're gonna do that, since since they're switching all these rules, right? Yeah. Why they don't, why they never do how it was when we played overseas. If the ball is actually on the rim, you can smack it off. Add that to the NBA. And yo, now that right there be real interesting. But that's the thing. Now that that's not that's not. I'm just saying, that was yo, the referee don't gotta check to take the ball out. You can just run, get the ball and pack. Like, like if y'all really want to enhance the game and keep the game moving, bring that rule to the NBA. Take away goaltending. Now we're gonna see something real interesting. Okay, okay. That makes sense. Don't just don't just snip from FIFA. You know what I'm saying? Don't just snip from FIFA. Yo, yo. Add goaltending to the NBA. That's gonna, listen, you're gonna see a lot of jokers get into that bucket now, yo. Be a lot of jokers getting dunked on. Cause just you shoot a three, you got guys, because the first time it happened, right? I went up for a layup and the the ball was on the rim, the dude just knocked. I was like, yo, that's he was like, no, no, no, that's not goaltending. He's like, no, no, no. I said, oh, you could do that? Oh man. I'm saying, but it's like, yo, see, but it's like yo, what? But it's like, what you gonna do when it don't work all the time? That don't work all the time. It don't work all the time, but just to be able to do it, come on, you know. I mean, yo, we gotta do, yo, we gotta do the stats on this if we can. How many um goaltens was it in the NBA? Yo, y'all can help us out with this. How many gold tens was called in the NBA? I think it's about, I think it's about 100. I'll go on. Five more than 82 games? Is it 100? Every team, I'm saying though, every game you watch, you really, it's about two or three a game. Yo, Cam, help us out with this one. Maybe, maybe, maybe. So I'll probably call it. Stack five 300. Cam stack five, help us out with this one. Yeah, we're trying to figure this out, man. How many Gold 10s was caught in the NBA last year or this season up to last year? Let's figure that one out. Let's figure that out. Let's figure that one out. Yeah, that's the alley u we're throwing to everybody out there, yo. But yeah, man. Yeah, yo, we talk about alley use, man. What's what's what's this all about? We talk about this alley oop. Man, this is like it's what we do, man. No, I'm saying I know it's what we do, but like when people position other people and throw other people Aloyps too, I think, you know, I think people just get it. We play on that word Aloy, because Aloy Up could be like, um Aloy is like a I said, look, for instance, right? I throw you a question, you dunk it. You know what I mean? You throw me a question, I might lay it up. I mean, it's something like that. But now, but now let's flip it into the life side of what the Aloypa is. The Aloype is like this. So let's say your man doing trying to put something together, you might assist him in a way, open the door for him. You know what I mean? That's an alley oop. So we gotta we gotta let people know, like that word alley is something that we hope that everybody added to their everyday life is throwing the alley oop or accepting the alley oop on the other side. You feel me? So the alley oop go, you take you need two people to do an alley oop. You know what I'm saying? So let's start looking out for one another, throwing alley oops to one another, opening up doors for one another, another, another that can open up doors with each other. You know what I mean? Yeah, it's time to just look, it's time for the community and everybody to come together because the only way through is together. Absolutely. I mean, you can't do everything by yourself. Nobody get it done by yourself. If they could, you can ask anybody, whether they from rich families, poor families. Everybody got from someone. It never was just, I mean, one person. Like you said, you'd rather be a fist than an open hand. Absolutely, because you could just really do this with the with the with the open hand, but you could do this, and that's all come together. All inside ideas and everybody working together. But I'm definitely, man, excited about um now. I've never been more excited about basketball. I've never been more excited. Man, that's our friend right now. I never been a that's how that's how that's how that's our co-host. That's Teddy. Every now and whenever y'all see me view up to the camera, my dog is, y'all know Teddy's around. Teddy don't be far. He don't know. He don't be far. We got Teddy in the building, we got Jan Fam Q in the building. T O JC's in the building, man. We're having a great day. Nikki Bob, the whole crew's in the building, man. We just here doing our thing. This right here is we just threw Teddy out of you. Just like that. Just like that. Just like that. My boy Bark then, bang, bang, there you go. He shut everything down. Yeah, man. But yeah, y'all out. Go ahead. This is what what? Listen, man, I want to shout out everybody that's graduating, everybody that's getting ready to take that next level, that next step in life. I want to graduate all the people that, you know, make sure y'all graduate, congratulate, and thank everybody that was with you, that's with you right now. You know what I mean? That got you to where in your position. You know what I mean? Because it's some big things out here, and it's hard to do. A lot of people don't graduate high school, a lot of people don't graduate college, a lot of people don't graduate even technical school or trade school. Listen, congratulations. You know what I mean? From the alley U Sports Show to you and your own at your home screen. We here. You know, we always gonna leave a gym. Um summer here, summer here. They always say that when it gotta things get crazy in our communities. Let's switch those narratives, let's change those thoughts, let's change that cultural thinking, let's have fun, let's, let's, let's, let's live to see tomorrow. Life is not like GTA. You know, you don't you can't respawn, you can't press restart. So, congratulations to the graduates, the proms and watching the videos, incredible. The family taking uh uh supporting the community pulling up and pulling up the guy the proms now is just totally different. The proms is different. Listen, I totally differ. Dude pulled up in the ambulance, bro. Yeah, that's different. They popped out with the he opened the back door, the ambulance was uh like it was it was decorated inside. He came out, he came out off the stretcher. Listen, hey, listen, man, listen. We bringing back CBR, we're giving CPR to a lot of life, man. So, hey, whatever it took for those kids to see who supports them and care for them. I want y'all to keep those moments somewhere in your heart. So when you have those hard times or go through those days, because you're gonna go through hard times, days, ups and downs, we all do. Think back to those times, think back to that prompt, think back to that graduation, think back to that Thanksgiving. Or think back when you know everyone had to come together for everyone to have, right? So this is the Alley U Sports Show. Salute, salute. And we're on the popping, man. We're going every day, man. We're gonna have some fun. Yes, sir. Main event. I'm Rockstar Q, man, and it's your boys. We signing out.
